Verification of your payout account

For us to be able to make a payout to you we need to be able to verify that the account you want us to payout to is registered to your organizational number.

To register new or change bank details, go to Company settings and register account information in the section Payment to. The Bankgiro, PlusGiro, or bank account number that you register must be owned by the same organization number that is registered in Billogram.
We verify this in different ways, and we will contact you if we need additional information to do this.

Bankgiro

If we cannot verify that your Bankgiro is owned by your organization number we will contact Bankgirocentralen for verification so you do not have to do anything. If the Bankgiro is not correct we will contact you via email. 

PlusGiro

If you have PlusGiro we will email you and ask for your contract with the bank. Here we want to see that your organizational number is registered to the PlusGiro you want us to pay out to.

Bank account

You always have to verify that you are the owner of your bank account since this information is not public. To verify your account we will need to see an agreement, testimonial, or another type of document with the same dignity, stating that the account number you have registered is owned by the organizational number with Billogram.
