We have previously offered two different templates for the PDF and letter invoice but as a further step in improving the customer experience and to make it easier for the invoice recipient, we have developed a new PDF design. The new design is more dynamic and modular, which makes it easier to work with ongoing improvements and in some cases, fewer pages to print because the first page is used more efficiently.
The new layout also makes it possible to choose between two different types of payment slips. You set which one you want to use under Company settings → Invoice settings.
If you create invoices using our API
If you create invoices using our API and set a specific PDF template to use, you need to redo how you send your calls to us. See below:
