When do I receive my payout?

You can see in your overview when you have received a payment. You can expect the payment to reach your bank account after one bank day. 

Billogram makes the payout the same day we receive the payment. You can then expect to see the payment on your account within one bank day. The time it is received depends on your bank.

Some PlusGiro accounts have a delayed import of files which may cause a delay of one extra day.

If you have recently updated your payout account and we have not yet confirmed the account you will not receive a payout. The payout will occur once the payout account has been confirmed.
