2FA

2-step verification is required to log in to your Billogram user account and is a step to increase security.

 

  1. The first time you log in when 2FA is enabled, you will receive a QR code that you need to scan with an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator
  2. Scan the QR code with your downloaded authenticator app.
  3. Then enter the code you receive in the authenticator app.
  4. You then use the app to receive a new verification code every time you log in.

FAQ

I have lost my phone/my phone is broken and need to get the 2FA QR code again.

Contact us at support@billogram.com and we will help you reset 2FA.
